The railing is excl. approved for the private area and is delivered at a height up to the lower edge of the handrail tube of 900mm.

The length is given as a so-called outer dimension, refers to the total length of the railing. We manufacture the railing as accurately as possible to your desired size and do not make any deductions. So if you plan a mounting between two walls, we recommend that you take a total of 20mm from your light. So you also have enough game for a pleasant setup.
Our powder-coated V2A railing posts
The powder-coated railing posts made of stainless steel with 2 transverse struts are manufactured according to our proven Schlosser standard. The handrail carrier is firmly welded to the post, which is good Stability care. The powder-coated posts made of V2A stainless steel are attached to the body. The posts are firmly welded to the bottom plate and covered with a two-part cover rosette made of ground V4A stainless steel. The number of posts required is automatically calculated for you and divided in such a way that the distance between the posts is maximum 1200mm (1.2m).
In powder coating, the workpiece is first coated with an electrostatic powder. In this case, the powder is tightened by the material in a regular manner, so that a particularly uniform layer thickness extending into the corners is established. The workpiece is then heated in an oven, whereby the powder liquefies and melts to form a smooth coating.
In contrast to a conventional coating, the powder-coated paint is generally resistant to chemicals.
Stainless steel crossbars
The high-quality transverse struts, also referred to as filling rods, present themselves with a round design and consist of stainless steel solid material, which gives them excellent stability. In contrast to conventional round tubes, the penetration of water or dirt is excluded, thereby avoiding grate and deposits inside. The horizontal bars made of V2A stainless steel are screwed to the posts by means of special cross bar holders. In this variant you have selected 2 filling rods. For railings up to a length of 6m, the transverse struts are delivered in a continuous length. In the case of longer railings, they are evenly divided and can be connected to each other again via special connecting pieces included in the delivery, in order to ensure a uniform appearance of the stainless steel terrain.

Stainless steel handrail
The round handrail made of high quality V2A stainless steel impresses with its ground surface and offers a pleasant haptic. The cover caps are glued in at the end of the handrail tube, this prevents dirt deposits within the tube and simultaneously serves as a closure to round off the clean appearance of the handrail. When installing the handrail, you need to insert the threaded bores yourself into the posts to connect them to each other.

The posts are measured from the upper edge of the floor covering to the lower edge of the hand barrel.
The handrail length is on request at least 0.5m to max. 15 m selectable. For technical reasons, the handrail is delivered divided from a length of 6001mm (6.01m) and can then be brought together again with the aid of pipe connectors. A matching number of V2A pipe connectors is included in the package. The table below shows the number of posts according to the handrail length you choose.
